Our Bi-Weekly Inspection of Your Residence Includes:

Interior Checklist

Check air conditioner to ensure it is functioning properly
Set temperature and interior temperature
Check walls, floors, and ceilings for water
Intrusion and damage
Check for rodents or bugs
Turn water on, flush all toilets, and run water
Into all drains
Brush toilets
Run garbage disposal to ensure proper operation
Check refrigerator
Turn off ice maker
Turn off water heater
Turn off main water

Exterior Checklist:

Visually inspect the roof and gutters for signs of damage
Visually inspect outside of home, to ensure no signs of forced entry or damage
Observe landscaping and irrigation system and check for coverage
Remove mail from mailbox and check the area for trash
Swimming pool
Screens on lanais
Turn on main water for interior inspection
Check smoke alarms
Check operation of overhead lights in all rooms
Check that all doors and windows are secure

When I purchased property in Naples, a friend recommended Ted Sullivan to help me with several small projects, including installing ceiling fans,relocating wiring and cables, hanging heavy mirrors, etc. He was timely, efficient and did a great job.

Then I learned he had a Home Watch company which I have now used for 4 years. When I come to Florida, I find a checklist from Sullivan Home Watch which shows me the time, date and actions taken at each visit.

If I have a problem, Ted and his crew show up promptly to fix most issues, so normally outside help does not have to be called. This has saved me money!! And, it is comforting to know that when I have renters in my unit Ted will respond if needed.
