During this past Fall of 2013, we were unfortunate to incur major water damage to our condominium at Heritage Bay in Naples. We reside in Illinois, so I needed to find someone I could trusts to oversee the process related to repairing the damage. I chose Sullivan Home Services and am totally pleased with that decision. As our contracted Home Watch Service, Sullivan Home Services has consistently been responsive and reliable.

The water damage to the condominium was severe. It required major work on several dry wall areas and the ceiling. The unit needed all new crown molding, new carpeting, overhead fans and a total re-painting in all areas of the unit. I decided to contract with Sullivan Home Services to repair / refurbish our condominium. I am completely pleased with the work done in our condominium by Sullivan Home Services. They were timely and always kept me apprised of the progress.

When I purchased property in Naples, a friend recommended Ted Sullivan to help me with several small projects, including installing ceiling fans,relocating wiring and cables, hanging heavy mirrors, etc. He was timely, efficient and did a great job.

Then I learned he had a Home Watch company which I have now used for 4 years. When I come to Florida, I find a checklist from Sullivan Home Watch which shows me the time, date and actions taken at each visit.

If I have a problem, Ted and his crew show up promptly to fix most issues, so normally outside help does not have to be called. This has saved me money!! And, it is comforting to know that when I have renters in my unit Ted will respond if needed.
